Before you register your event read through the rules in the Tshwane Chess Handbook regarding organising an event.

Your final approved documents must reach us 15 days before your event so that we can register your event for rating.
Reminder:
All arbiters must be arranged via our Head of Arbiters: Rene de Beer.
Should you require assistance from Tshwane Chess to build your entry form, host the entry form and link on our website, advertise the tournament on our Facebook and Instagram Pages then there is a fee of R800.
FIDE tournament fees are charged seperately and must be paid before your event starts.
All tournaments taking place in the Tshwane region must adhere to the Tshwane Chess Handbook Rules. By completing this form you agree to the Terms and Conditions of our tournaments.
