Register your Club or School Tournament
Step 1
Before you register your event read through the rules in the Tshwane Chess Handbook regarding organising an event.

Your final approved documents must reach us 15 days before your event so that we can register your event for rating.
Reminder:
All arbiters must be arranged via our Head of Arbiters: Hein Kruger.
Should you require assistance from Tshwane Chess to build your entry form, host the entry form and link on our website, advertise the tournament on our Facebook and Instagram Pages then there is a fee of R800. Please contact Melindie Reyneke should you require assistance.
FIDE tournament fees are charged seperately and must be paid before your event starts.
All tournaments taking place in the Tshwane region must adhere to the Tshwane Chess Handbook Rules. By completing this form you agree to the Terms and Conditions of our tournaments.
If you want to add your tournament as an official school/club tournament please fill in the request Tournament Form avalibe from July the year prior.
